A monday well spent

a lovely monday spend with the love ♥

We spend the whole day together today, and had such a great time. And...we just happened to book our wedding venue!!!!! yay!! so happy :)

It was a relatively painless decision this time round as we just decided to drop by the ONE place we've been talking about for a while now. Took a look around and had a chat with the admin person. Well, well, everything turned out great, we were happy, got all our questions answered and we immediately paid the deposit. WOW! Date is set, venue is set. Bring it on, baby! I'm so happy for us taking this step forward. After all the one step forward and five steps back, its so great to have something concrete finally.

Where you ask? It shall be a secret for now... *wink* Looks like this blog will be coming back to life... sure hope so!

Long time coming

Errrmmmm... hello?

Its been like a gazillion years since my last update. I guess some of you must be wondering what happened right?? Don't worry, we didn't elope and yes, we're still getting married.

Well, to answer the question of what happened, first life did. Second, we postpone the wedding. Thus the sudden stop in the manic that was our preparation.

Now we have much much more time to plan. We both feel good about this arrangement and our parents are agreeable (miracle!), so all's good! yeahhhhh!

I will definitely post again, just not sure when. Something has been keeping me busy. And perhaps you will come over to my new breeding ground? That will be more for the shop and day to day events whilst this be the highly kept secret that is our wedding. Or not.

I'm mighty excited to be sharing my new love with you guys. I'll be waiting with a cup of tea. Just for you... you'll come, won't you?

Overwhelmed

hmmmm... where do i start?

I'm pretty much overwhelmed right now... Too many thoughts going through my head. Although watching the whole Season 1 of Gossip Girls is making it slightly more tolerable. (p/s the first episode of Season 2 is up here!)

This entry on weddingbee pretty much sums up my feelings right now.. glad i'm not the only one feeling this way about wedding planning. And we've been engaged for only 5 months..LOL...

Oh well, here's something really beautifully written, for the next time when i ask why i am doing this again...
